Throughout the research process we will be working on the list of parallel dishes between Portugal and Japan, their history, ingredients and preparations methods.

>> 天ぷら tempura
>> peixinhos da horta

>> カステラcastella
>> pão de ló

>> 飯 gohan
>> arroz

>> 鶏卵素麺 keiran somen (angel’s hairs)
>> fios de ovos

>> コンペイトー kompeito
>> confeito

>> 南蛮漬け nanbanzuke (southern barbarian pickle)
>> escabeche
