[Table for 100’s] is being designed in such way it should encourage the private/indoors scenarios to be brought out to a public setting, as a way of bringing people together, of encouraging people to make the most of public spaces, as a shared urban resource that tends to be misused.

So, how can we mingle the qualities of a yatai*, a ‘esplanada’ of a ‘quiosque’ ** or a picnic*** with the homely feeling of a family dinner?

Drawings, sketches, photographs and short films will register these moments and spaces of transition, so one can start thinking about how they could lead to a continuous piece, [Table for 100’s].
